The 2025 Ford F-150 maintains its position as America's best-selling vehicle. It comes in Regular Cab, SuperCab, and SuperCrew layouts. The lineup includes six different powertrains from efficient daily drivers to high-powered hauling models.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
The XL base model has a black grille, black surround, and 17-inch silver steel wheels, with all three cab styles available. The STX adds body-colored bumpers and 17-inch aluminum wheels in SuperCab or SuperCrew layouts.
The XLT has a chrome grille with a chrome surround and 17-inch silver-painted aluminum wheels. The LARIAT adds a chrome two-bar style grille, 18-inch machined aluminum wheels, and LED fog lamps.

Engine (Power)
The 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 produces 325 horsepower. It can tow 8,400 pounds and has a payload capacity of 1,785 pounds. The 5.0-liter V-8 delivers 400 horsepower, tows up to 12,900 pounds, and has a payload capacity of 2,225 pounds.
The 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 matches the V-8's 400 horsepower while towing up to 13,500 pounds with a 2,440-pound payload. The 3.5-liter PowerBoost Full-Hybrid V-6 generates 430 horsepower, tows 11,200 pounds, and has a payload capacity of 1,750 pounds.
A high-output 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 makes 450 horsepower with 8,200 pounds towing and a 1,410-pound payload. The high-output supercharged 5.2-liter V-8 produces 720 horsepower. All engines work with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Performance
The F-150 leads its class with a maximum towing capacity of 14,000 pounds and a payload of 3,325 pounds. The Tremor with 3.5-liter EcoBoost reaches 60 mph in 5.3 seconds, while the 5.0-liter V-8 version takes 6.0 seconds.
